Hello Terri. I have the same issue with our new Samsung Washer and Dryer. Like
a number of the new apps and machines, the manufacturer claims accessibility
and when we begin to use them we find they are partially accessible.

Hi Terri; tell us what app you are trying to make more accessible please? Also
you can go through Twitter. A lot of developers I have found respond to
Twitter. and Explain in laymanâs terms what you are trying to do and you should

Assuming you find the developer's contact information, describe the problem you
are having in as much detail as you can. You could say something like, "All the
buttons on this screen just say, "Button," so I can't tell which one does
what," or "When I open the status screen, I just
I wish you luck in getting the developer to help, some of them care more than
others. In the meantime, what is the app? Perhaps somebody on this list can
give you sugestions to make it work better.

When you look up an app in the app store the developer is listed at the end
of the app information and screen shots. Usually there is a website or way
to contact the developer. Or you could get the developer information and
find the additional contact information through Google perhaps.
