Hi, Iaona. Yes, I do know about the sharing feature. So, does that mean that
particular format can be
played by anyone? What I might want to do is use that file to mix with other
files. Pedh like adding
music or other things, so my voice memo will have to play owell with others.
Smile. That's
M4a is quite a universal file type now. Pretty much any modern player can
handle m4a's.
Thanks,

The Voice Memos app creates M4A files, and most modern devices will play them
just fine.
Yes, I have a Zoom IQ5, which is a stereo microphone for the iPhone that plugs
into the lightning port, and the Notes app does stereo.

hi. A couple of years ago I bought a stereo microphone for my iPhone but
never messed around with a very much. Then maybe a week or so ago Anna
happen to mention that you can record a voice memo and stereo using the
voice memo app that comes with the iPhone. And sure enough, that seems to
be true.
Hi,
After recording the voice memo it's in the list of voice memos. Select the one
you want and if you flick around there's a play button and also a share button.
Here you have the standard options such as air-drop, message, mail etc.
Hth,
Ioana
