I think Apple has a bug here.
On my SE, I can get the shuffle on which seems connected to the Up Next button,
and if I double tap on it, I can get the "reorder"
his control.

When a track is playing, double-tap the Mini-Player button. Since you are able
to find Up Next, touch that and flick right. You'll come to the Shuf

Tapping the art work did bring up the extra controls for me. I'm running
12.4.3 on the iPhone 6. Actually, the icon I tap says artwork image. Curious
about the different results with iteration
