bills by auto-pay. If I need to change anything about my account, I
usually just call their accessibility number. They have always been
very good at helping me.

go on the site every month. It is frustrating that when these sites change,
the webmasters don’t realize that it is harder fo
My sighted husband got me past the videos. Now everything is fine. I think
the problem is that I called and changed to the new verizon plan, and that is
why they had all of the videos. But, as someone else, said, you can't use all
of the new features if you don't change the plan. Apparently,
I have the widget for the verizon app added to my home screen to help me keep
up with the data I have used. After updating I double tapped on the widget to
open the app. I did not encounter any videos, and even though I noticed a
couple of new things, it all seemed accessible to me.

after reading your message, and was on the Home Screen which read Menu and
successfully flicked through the Home page, which told me about my last
payment, how many days were on my current plan, and other things.

Actually, I believe it is. I have it in my phone but don't use it very much
because I get a notification concerning my monthly bill in my email and I
don't go over either my minutes or text message allotment.
