I think I found it by searching for HSBC in the App Store. It might be UK only
of course though. I think it only came up with the name fast balance once you
had downloaded, you know, one of those apps that changes its name annoyingly.
It doesn't do much really, tells you how much you have, and
May be this App is only available in the UK APP store. Try and put in HSBc to
see what happens.

I am not sure about the US, but here in Canada just about all bank machines
have speech, all you do is plug in a headset and that triggers the
accessibility feature, the bank machine starts talking
