This has been a continuing problem. For whatever reason when you plug something
in the headphone jack of the iPhone it takes the wired and blue tooth audio
away. I got a new blue tooth Square reader which takes the chip cards but

If you have someone sighted to help you maybe you could have someone change the
audio source in the rotor.
