I guess I didn't follow your original post. I thought I read you were having
trouble getting mail on your laptop using Thunderbird so I missed how Outlook
enters the picture and is the subject of this thread.

I have a similar issue also, It effects my iPhone also. I can enter my password
on my phone and get mail. The only I can get my computer to start getting mail
again is to reboot. No one I have spoken to about this has a clue on how to fix
it.

You might call Microsoft teck support for people with disabilities. There
number is:
(1800) 936-5900. They are very helpful and have helped me several times. They
will probably want to go onto your computer and will tell you what you need to
do to facilitate that. FYI they we
