Hi Rena,
iCloud is provided with your Apple device, phone, iPad, or Mac computer.
You get a certain amount of free space which is mostly used for backing up your
phone and or photos, messages, etc.
If you end up getting low on space, you can pay for extra iCloud storage. I
believe it is

Hello,
If you use OneDrive, you have an option in OneDrive to send your photos
automatically in OneDrive. It's easiest to copy on computer

I did turn off photos in iCloud and also turned the apps off that were using
iCloud that I didn't want to use right now. I did upload some photos to my
dropbox but I couldn't figure out how to get all the videos there that I wanted
to keep. Any suggestions about that, would be grately appreciate
Hi Shirley,
You can get 50 GB of space on iCloud for a dollar a month, so that may be the
easiest option. Otherwise, you can turn off Photos in your iCloud settings.
That will stop them being stored in iCloud. There's also an iCloud Storage
setting that lets you see how much data different apps
Hi Tim,
Contact syncing would still work, but I'm pretty sure Downcast file copying
wouldn't. I would suggest that rather than turning off iCloud backup, one of
you delete your iCloud account and create a new one using a different email
address. This can and probably should be an iCloud address
Hello DJ. Yes you need office 2007 or later. I suggest that you consider
upgrading to the latest version of office if possible.

Tarrie,
If you have an apple id as I am assuming you do then signing in to that id
should allow you to restore that backup or at least let you sync all of your

Terry, when you set up the iPhone you should have set it up to restore
from an iCloud backup. You are going to have to perform an erase all
content and settings before you can do this. Nowhere on the iPhone can
you restore from an iCloud backup other than during setup. So to erase
all content a
One thing to keep in mind is that you can have a separate Apple ID for
apps and for iCloud services. This is especially useful if you are in a
family who has multiple iDevices. All of you can use one Apple ID for
app purchases and the like, but each of you can use your own Apple ID
for iCloud,
Is it talking about the password to set up keychain? If so this is
actually a 4 digit passcode that you must enter on your device. No
passcode, no keychain.

When I got to this step after upgrading to IOS 7.0.3, I just entered my

I'm not sure about second question, but yes your cloud password should be the
same as your apple ID. I can log on to ICloud.com and use my apple id and
password.
