There has been a bit of discussion about using espr. You don't have to buy
it to get it. There are some quests and buildings which will supply it to
you, albeigt in small amounts at a time. I've saved up and have used it to
build shops that require espr to build. I do not use it for food since, as
ing me know.

I did that too, but I ended up turning the music back on because I want

me, so far, it just is not working, the music and chimes work, LOL.

Depending on your level it alternates what it takes to train the characters.
The one level is money on the next will be food it switches back-and-forth.

Actually, it depends what configuration you are assigned to. Some let you train
purely with gold after level 10 others alternate between food and gold.

The key to playing Solara without using Esper once you run out is patience. I
have not bought any Esper since I started.

You only have room for so much food, and once you reach that limit, you
won't accumulate any more. Your food status is at the top of the screen.
You can get to it with a two finger sweep up followed by two swipes
right. It'll tell you how much food you currently have and how much food
capacity
Hi Chris and all, I waited last night for some food but I got very little. So
if I wait longer does that mean that more food will accumulate over time? I
only started playing the game yesterday, but I sure do like it. Thank you all.
God bless, Wren

Your food stocks will be replenished over time. If you run out of food
adventuring or training your heroes then just wait a bit and you'll have
more food to go adventuring and do some more training. It'll take longer
to play the game without esper, but you can do it. I have fun playing
the game
