Try the command, spacebar plus sh and if that doesn't bring back the onscreen
keyboard, on the phone, in the braille settings, make sure onscreen keyboard is
on.
If that doesn't do it, then it is time to reboot everything and if that still
doesn't work, call Apple Accessibility and see if there

I think I may have answered this earlier, but have just had a thought.
Every time I have found the keyboard missing, in the last resort I have
rebooted the phone and the keyboard has returned. I hope that works for you if
you haven't tried it already! If not, sorry, I am out of suggestions…
