don't. iCloud backups also save this data, which they didn't used to do, so so
they are now equivalent. However, either an iCloud or encrypted backup is
better than an unencrypted backup.

advantage in iTunes encrypted backups compared with iCloud backups so long as
you use Keychain. Is this correct?
