Here's how I do it and maybe it'll be of
ve already done the 3 finger double tap to turn off speech. It's as
easy as can be and can be done quickly no muss, no fuss, and your done.

no. If Voiceover is on, this feature is on as well. No way to disable it
except turning Voiceover off while on a call. And, this is something we can no
longer do.
