I wouldn't say it's totally accessible. The band itself has a display
that you cant read, so you can't use it to tell the time, check your
step count so far or see the alerts you have sent to your FitBit. I
needed sighted help to read the code off of the band's display when I
was setting it up.
It can do lots. I’m still learning it. I can track steps, exercise, sleep,
heart rate, water and food intake, and more

Does the FitBit app tell you the battery level is high after you charge
it up? What about some of the settings that warn you'll they'll drain
the battery

I don't do anything special. I just bring up my Fit Bit app, let it sync
with my Charge HR and the current heart rate is like the 2nd field on
the dashboard. I just right flick to get to it.
