Talking tuner, done by a list member; and very good. I had ukulele tuner,
Mandolin tuner, all out of the same stable; so guess they did guitar tuner
too;

I use talking tuner to tune my bass. Seems to work fine except on the very
low open b string. I have a 5-string bass.
