So did you send this using a Bluetooth keyboard?
Try turning the bt keyboard off and your phones keyboard should come back.

Firstly make sure that no bluetooth keyboard or Braille display is connected to
the Phone. IF yes, at least with a Bluetooth keyboard, press Contffol+Option to
goggle the virtual keyboard off/on. If no bbbuetooth devices are connected,
restart the iPhone. Good luck!
