It would help if you mention what phone you have. You only have the "Touch Id and Passcode" option if you have a 5S, 6 or 6 Plus. If you have an iPhone 5, 5C, 4S or 4 the option will just be "Passcode" since Touch Id is not available on these devices. Keep in mind that flicking right through
