If you mean Voice Dream Scanner then yes, it does process on device and so does
the Seeing AI short text channel.

I would check the accompanying paperwork with your card… Lots of banks are
still putting the entire card number on that paperwork… And then you can scan
for the three digit code…

I would do several scans to make sure the numbers are correct. You may not get
the three digit code clearly.
