Malcolm asked is the ScannerBin a better scanner. Well, I think the FOPYDO is
more versitile and easier to transport. But the ScannerBin works great too, but
I'd say it is less versitile as it has only one height, and while you can
collapse it for travel, it is not as easy to do that.

Actually, you can disassemble the scanner bin to put in a pack back or brief
case.
I just did it and it is rather easy.
The issue will be to keep the binder clip that holds it together when folded
like when it arrives in the mail.
Since it is heavy duty cardboard, it can probably take a good

Thanks for the info about the scanner bin. I actually saw it in Amazon a couple
of weeks ago bot did not order it because it is not foldable and therefore i
cannot carry in my backpack. I have a question for you though, compared to the
fopydo scan, which one is more practical
.
He provides a clear plastic sheet with a cut out in it to help keep pages flat
if they were folded or wrinkled.
The cut out means the clear plastic shouldn't produce glare that would mess up
the scan.

I was just shown a scanning stand/box called Scanner Bin.
It is heavy cardboard by the feel, but seems pretty sturdy.
It is basically a box with a good sized hole in the top where you place the
camera, and put your document in the bin and do your scan.
It worked quite well with Voice
