Hello Listers,
How do I go about setting the world clock on the iPhone 4s? Do I have to turn
on location services? In order for it to find my city?

Michael,
The time that is displayed in the status bar should be your local time
wherever you are, your iPhone will get this time from the cellular network
just like any other cell phone. The World Clock has nothing to do with your
local time and it is there so you can add other cities in the wo
re without your needing to use

I look for my city but it doesn't show up. Can I still add it anyway?
