Spooky activity in multitasking that puts the Oo in OoTunes

Dear listers This is probably an intentional feature of the way that iOS7 does multitasking but it was spooky nonetheless. I was streaming a radio station on OoTunes and went into the taskswitcher and cleared it out. I used to do this with TuneInRadio as I felt sure it was buffering the stream
