Hi Eileen. I didn't know that you could use the Apex thumb keys to move from
link to link, I'll have to try that one. As for the 3-6 chord, that seems to
work just fine. I used that chord to move from the beginning to the end of the
message body as I write this, and I was able to bounce out of t
ed such a braille user to confirm that.

Okay. I decided to turn on my Apex and pair it with my iPhone 6 with 8.1. I was
able to use this a couple weeks ago, but now I'm having some strange
happenings. It pairs okay, but the thumb buttons will not move to the next or
previous links, nor can I use the keystrokes to go to the bottom or t
has slowed down the braille typing experience,
from what it was in iOS7 - faster, and simpler.

i notice a tiny tiny lag, but compared to attempting to connect to a
computer bluetooth, the connection with the IPhone is pretty decent. I
think to expect no lag in bluetooth connectivity is unrealistic.

Turn off Automatic Translation; use eight-dot Braille input. Those are
my two. You can have six-dot contracted braille output at the same time
as the above in 8.1.1. I find this fast enough.

Hi. I'm having a significant issue in which Braille focus gets stuck in edit
fields, both in the native Mail app and while texting. When that happens,
there's nothing that I can do to get out of them. Even shutting down and
restarting VoiceOver doesn't help. It's really

Hi,
I use a Focus 40 Blue Classic and a REfreshaBraille with my 5S running 8.1.1,

use of my braille display.
Thanks for any info.
