What I normally do with my photos since I take a lot of pictures when I go on
trips, I email the photos one by one to myself, save them on my computer from
my email, copy paste/cut and paste all the pictures to my flash drive and then
I delete them off my phone. I have a 6S.

I don't know if this is still true, but it used to be that if you connected an
ipHOne to a PC, one folder showed up in Windows Explorer, called DCIM. It
contained all the photos on the iPHone, making it very easy to copy them to a
PC. I hope that's still the case.

My husband has an 8+. He has a lot of photos on it and just cannot seem
to figure out how to get the pix off the phone and put them on a PC to
then be transferred to a flash or external HD to free up some space on
his phone.
