Hello, I have the usb3 camera adapter which my workplace bought for my use with

Maybe you don't have iCloud turned on for Notes on one of the devices.
For me there would be way too many drawbacks for using the same Apple Id with
my wife. Maybe if you don't use Facetime or iMessage it would be OK, but I

Many thanks!
Just to reiterate, I can back up both phones from the same iCloud account? This
means that I use the same iCloud account to start my new iPhone. Thank you
again.

Yes, certainly; would have to go dig a lot in iCloud, but that is where
you'd do it.

Hello,
the answer to everything is yes. To keep apps and other information synced,
turn on iCloud on both phones. Since your the owner of both devices, you will
only need an iCloud backup of 1 device.

I have just got a second iPhone. The second phone is more as a backup
in case I damage or lose the first. Also I plan to use another phone
number on it. Can I use the same Apple ID on both phones? And can I
use the same backup for both phones so that I would have identical
data in both platforms?

It works fine from the backup on your computer in iTunes. It is what I do when
changing iPhones. The iOS version does not matter.

Thanks so much. I used "restore from backup" but chose it to restore from the
backup of the old phone. This worked except that i initially lost the phone
number in the scroll area but I got it back and renamed it back to the name for
the new one and I have my contacts and my folders.

Hi Cheryl I don't think there's a reason that you can't do do the job with
iTunes but I just found that messing around with the iTunes and the PC just was
too cumbersom and I just don't argue with success and it worked the first time
so that's why I chose that Method

Hello Cheryl there's a good chance that you can transfer all your files and

fine what you need to do is sync to iCloud with your old phone fir
My new iPhone is Verizon whereas my old one is Sprint. My apps synced on the

knew wouldn't happen. My question is: will I have to reorganize these from
scratch or is there a way to get the file structure as on my old
