On the Watch you can actually do a two-finger double-tap and hold, wait for the
blurpy noise, then move your fingers up or down the screen to change the volume
of VoiceOver.

Yes, it's the same as on an iPhone or iPad. You can play or pause content or
pick up or hang up a call.

as the watch face is presure sesitive.

Thanks for the tip, I actually wasn't aware you could do that. I just thought
you had to go to the Watch app on the phone to adjust the volume.
