Hello Sieghard and list, Unfortunately, while you can set up iCloud Mail in Microsoft Outlook without the iCloud software, you can’t sync anything other than mail. The iCloud Control Panel allows your iCloud calendars, contacts, and reminders to also sync. I do indeed have iCloud mail set up

Hi Edward, You may find a couple of hours a lot of time to spend on the iCloud Control Panel. There really isn't a lot in there. After you install it you sign in with your Apple ID and password. You can then tab through the options, they are all read as buttons or links: Contacts, Calendar

Grant I can confirm that the iCloud Control Panel for Windows is very accessible with Jaws.
