Unfortunately, while you can set up iCloud Mail in Microsoft Outlook without
the iCloud software, you can’t sync anything other than mail. The iCloud
Control Panel allows your iCloud calendars, contacts, and reminders to also
sync. I do indeed have iCloud mail set up

Hi Edward,
You may find a couple of hours a lot of time to spend on the iCloud Control
Panel. There really isn't a lot in there. After you install it you sign in
with your Apple ID and password.
You can then tab through the options, they are all read as buttons or links:
Contacts, Calendar

Your question is unclear in that your subject line already states the answer
to your question. That is, you must install and configure the Windows
iCloud Control Panel in order to sync iCloud data to and from your PC.
Please keep in mind that you must also have MS Outlook 2007

Panel for Windows is very accessible with Jaws. You can tab around and Jaws
reads everything, I can go into options and change stuff like the location
of my Photostream Folder, I can enable or disable bookmark/favourite syncing
etc.

it is quite wrong. Just like Grant I can confirm that the iCloud Control
Panel for Windows is very accessible with Jaws. You can tab around and Jaws
reads everything, I can go into options and change stuff like
