all iPhone 4S's are world phones so that really doesn't matter. If its bang
for your buck, I believe Sprint offers the most for less. Provided you get
good sprint coverage in your area, you can go that route.

The standards in that company are very high.
I'm quite certain the standards are just as high on the wireless side.
