I used both PC's and iPhone - in case of iPhone, I'm using Voice
Recorder HD. I find that I do more and more podcasts with iPhone
these days.

Whenever I record podcasts I do it on my iPhone with a paid app called
Dropvox. This allows you to record your audio, no matter the length,
then immediately upload to a folder of your choice on your Dropbox account.
