The Roku app is accessible. It’s a lot easier to use the app, and it is to use
the Roku with the remote itself. The hardest part I find using the Roku for me,
personally is understanding what the lady is telling us to do as far as if
you’re activating the channel cause I can’t understand those
of streaming video
(actually I bought a roku for her for Christmas).
I did see that the roku device can be controlled using the roku app on
an iPhone.
Has anyone tried this app and if so, how accessible is it?

I had no idea the Roku had become the least bit accessible. I once had a
Roku and moved to the Apple TV to take advantage of voice Over because I
could no longer see to find my way around the apps on the Roku interface on
the television. As far as the phone app goes, I had no trouble using
