Hi, Siri sends everything you say to a server for processing. my guess is that 30 seconds is about as much information as it can handle at a time. If you need your message to be longer, just stop dictation, wait for what you dictated to be entered, and start dictation again to do the rest

I agree. SIRI is actually pretty amazing. You can have her do more than just text messages or emails. You can set up appointments with her and check your calendar. I use SIRI all the time and was not impressed with competitors in my experience. She’s not perfect, but nothing is. Take Care

As someone once pointed out many months ago the thing with Siri is that you got to get the syntax correct meaning it doesn't recognize more natural speech but there's very certain way you have to ask a question to make it more likely you'll get the answer you're looking for
