Alright, this bluetooth keyboard issue makes no sense what so ever. I
have my bluetooth keyboard connected. My volume up and downs are the
only keys that work on it. When i raise and lower the volume i hear the
pop pop pop pop pop pop sound that the volume controls make.

As I said in my voicemail, what probably has happened, is you turned QuickNav
off with the press of the left and right arrows together for typing. You have
to turn it back on in order to interact with the rest of the phone. If this
isn't the case, try to have the iPad mini forget the
Right after i discovered the problem a bell went off, and bingo, it
worked. That was the anser.
