I totally agree with Nimer. The Opencomms are by far the best ones to buy, both

Hello Beth,
I've had good luck with my Aftershokz. The ones I use now are the OpenComm,
which are similar to the ones you've had, with the addition of a thin boom

Hello Alan, and every one else,
Yes, the attention switch is off.
The more I use the iPhone, the better the face ID is working. I have been able
to open the iPhone in the dark!

Hello all,
Sadly, it is time for me to buy my third pair of bone conduction headset. I’ve
had aftershocks first the titanium treks, and then the Aeropex. I like them,
and maybe roughly one year to 18 months is all the life I should expect given
how much I use them. However, I’m having a hard
Chuck,
Go to Settings, Face ID and passcode, enter your passcode, swipe to require
attention for face ID and make sure it’s turned off. This should have been off
by default if you initially set up your iPhone 13 Mini with Voiceover running.
I haven’t heard that this setting affects face ID
Hi there,
Unfortunately, I cannot answer too many of your questions. I use a Braille

now. It just stays back there even when I read past
Blindsquare is a wonderful app and does everything well except intersection

With your iPhone 8, you already pushed the button for the Home Screen, when you
entered your fingerprint; that is not the case with your face. It is so natural
now for me to slide my finger that I went to my phone to check to see if it was
necessary, and it seems that it must be. I never think

Hello,
I have no problems getting into the phone, when it’s daylight, it just seems
like at night it doesn’t work, and I have to enter the passcode every time.
When I tap on my screen, or hit the side button, I hear a sound kind of like
the sound of the screen opening, and it goes to my lock
Hi Chuck,
You might want to ask somebody who knows how to use Face Id to help you for a
bit until you get the hang of it.
Here is what I do:
1. I wake up my phone by tapping the screen, but if you have tap to wake
turned off which some people prefer then just press the side button
2. I
Anthony is correct, if your Face Id is set up correctly and works well then it

it would work. To set up Face Id normal light maybe not a bad

I guess I'll have to keep trying.
Another thing that bothers me is when I would open my iPhone 8 with touch ID
the iPhone would go directly to the home screen.
With my iPhone 13 once it recognise my face I have to slide up from the bottom
to go to the home screen.
Is there any way to go
Chuck, I know this isn’t what you want to hear, but it works for me in the dark

Now that you mention it, yes. I assumed that I just was in an area in my home
in which I have a poor wifi & cellular connection.. And the problem seems to
have started with the most recent or the update before that one.
