I find the best way to capitalize a letter is to find the letter, lift your finger and them swipe down. It will announce the letter as capitalized.. To get to the send menu's simply tap end hold about one inch from the top of the iPhone. You will hear a tone and the screen wool change to.. Co

Be sure that your favorites are actually saved when you set then up on the phone. BTW you can only set up the TV favorites on the phone.. I also had a lot of trouble setting up my TV guide, and now that it is all set up, I never use it! It is difficult and slow to navigate.. I doubt this help
