I don't see what is so special about so called trained volunteers
anyway. The folks at
AIRA agents are trained and as I understand it, bonded; so it is said to be
safe having them assist with confidential information.
Be My Eyes are untrained, well-meaning, volunteers.
I would never use Be My Eyes for help with a bank statement for example.
