Hi Rick, Yes, ODE does make use for the sponging capabilities of Virtuoso (local or our default demo.openlinksw.com instance) when dereferencing data, so you can post to this list. ODE is an OAT application in the main and their is a OAT mailing list you can subscribe to also at:

Ok, great! When OED sponges recovery.gov, it identifies some resources whose inclusion appears to have been inferred from content in the recovery.gov site. For example, ODE identifies the following article but, I can't find the article on recovery.gov.
