Brad,
Basically, yes, the syntax you describe will work. Please see

further details of the various ways of specifying to VNC Viewer which server
to connect to.

Rich,
I think Brad is trying to access several machines on his LAN remotely, via a
NAT router, hence the requirement to distinguish by port number.

I need to use inetd to start xvnc. I would like it to start some
applications for each user, in the way that vncserver starts the
applications from .../.vnc/xstartup. Is there a way to do this? I want
to start the same apps for all users so it doesn't need to be user specific.
Thanks,
Kevin
Hi all,
We have got a PC that has been assigned two IP addresses. On one of
these IP addresses on port 80, a web server is running. On the other IP
address for port 80, we want a VNC viewer to listen. I know I can tell
vnc to listen to port 80 by the following command...
Vncviewer -listen 80

the internet using a gnatbox firewall then connected
to a cable modem.
I upgraded my main PC (win2000 pro) a
Hi there,
We've been able to build what appear to be working binaries for HP-UX 11 and
11i systems, which do not display the missing logger errors reported by some
users, nor depend upon libstdc++ being present.
Please post a message to the list if you find that the new files do not fix
these
Good tip! I'll do that

Does anyone have a procedure file for this setup ?
Thanks
