Some times if the network quality is poor and there are many hops between client and server, then the connection times out. Make sure that the user does not need to acknowledge the request for connection (on the server) because that could also be a problem if you are not there to accept the reques

GLX missing on display ":1.0"

vnc-4.1.2 in the FreeBSD ports tree errors out when trying to run OpenGL apps remotely. Xlib : extension "GLX" missing on display ":1.0". I am running FreeBSD 6.1. I've read the other posts relating to this but have not seen a solution. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Rick -- _

We purchased an Enterprise Edition license on 4.18.2007 but have not yet received a license key nor have we seen any response to prior support requests submitted by form for same. Is there an email address or contact telephone for RealVNC for support requests other than the web forms submission

Hi Jason, Assuming that you have configured your router as shown in PortForward.com then try adding Destination IP Address: 192.168.1.2 If you want to be able to connect to any address/computer within the 192.168.1.0 subnet then change the netmask to 255.255.255.0, otherwise leave it as is. If y
