I have been using VNC 3.3.6 for some time now, and approximately after three weeks of
the server being started on my Sun workstation I experience a crash of CDE. Or at
least that is what it looks like.
I have four workspaces set up, in each one I maybe have three xterminals running, with

first of all, many thanks to all of you that helped debug my first problem,
that of needing to use 8bit mode to get the server to start.
Now I have the server running it is working as well as the old 3.3.2r2 version
and I am back to trying to sort out the problem of the cut/paste buffers not

I think this is because the default depth is now 16, and the "-cc 3" option only works
with depth 8. Try adding "-depth 8" to the vncserver command.

I can't seem to start the server on my Sun machine, if I check the logfile in
