Anyone from Comcast monitoring here? I know it's a long shot; but, we have a wholesale partner in GA that resells our hosted services. They have Comcast internet in their office, and many of their customers also use Comcast. Within the past few weeks, they've started having degradation of voice

We detected an SMS outage on all Vitelity DIDs starting at 2210 UTC (6:10pm EDT) and has been ongoing for 2+ hours. Vitelity was unaware of the outage when we opened an emergency ticket at 2236 UTC, and failed to post that there was an issue until UTC 8/15/2020. We have seen ZERO inbound SM
