clients were very frustrated with random reboots and we saw this with all
the models and it we spent alot of time on it ourselves and with polycom
and it just seemed to never completely go away. we eventually had to bail

I have seen the same problems with the VVX series, but we not have a couple
hundred deployed. What phones do your recommend then? What softswitch are
you using?

We have several hundred 500+ VVX provisioned on Netsapiens so far without
issue. Provisioning, firmware and config are all controlled by Netsapiens.
