Supposedly, Saddam Hussien advertized with an offer of reward to anyone that could recreate the pump that lifted water up for the hanging gardens of Babylon. Perhaps the easiest way would have been use catch basins at approx 16 ft change in elevation to catch the drip from cotton wicks.   Cor
