Fran, I fully agree that any QM explanation supports the Casimir cavity interpretation, and even fractional hydrogen and IRH, if you throw out most of Mills' fluff (he claims not to believe in QM and then goes on to reword it). That QM explanation supports the Casimir cavity interpretation
