Hi Omer, You can set the MAC address of a ‘host’ interface when it is created: create host-interface name [hw-addr ] you can also change it after creation: set interface mac address but you cannot set the MAC address of a VLAN interface. A VLAN interface will always have the same MAC

Are you sure that kernel is not de-scheduling VPP and running something else on the same core? rx-miss happens typically when vpp is not able to service rx queue (either because it is too busy or because kernel is not giving him opportunity to do the job). In this case I bet on second... > On

Hi Juan, We don’t typically use elogs to store strings, still, you may be able to get it to run with: struct { u8 err[20]; } * ed; And then copy your data to err: clib_memcpy (ed->err, your_vec, vec_len (your_vec)). Make sure your vec is 0 terminated.
