Hi Hongjun, I understand PPP is point to point so there is no MAC as such to check. If it is PPPoE, are you sure we are supposed to accept packets with any MAC address? Is PPPoE also a point to point interface only and not on a Ethernet LAN? With Ethernet, MAC check is required if interface
