Okay, the patch at http://people.linux-vserver.org/~dhozac/p/k/patch-2.6.16.37-vs2.0.3-rc1.diff seems to work in my _very_ basic testing, basically a testme+testfs and a vserver guest start/stop. It should have almost all of the deltas leading up to 2.0.3-rc1 from 2.0.2-rc22, which weren't specific
