IE 51 defaults to PDF?

When I click to download a PDF file in Internet Explorer 5.1 the helper file in File helper Settings has usually defaulted to open up Acrobat and display the PDF file in IE, which is a pain. I have to reset the helper file to "download to file" each time. Trouble is next time IE is opened the helpe
