As all have pointed out already, there is a lot of gobbleydigook in
the link source that been inserted for some reason by the software
you used. This is one reason that I never use these 'instant web
maker' software but taught myself HTML instead.

The %20 is simply a space, DreamWeaver tends to
supplement them, maybe GoLive does the same.

This may or may not help, but you have spaces and
capitals in your URL.
If you want spaces use an underscore and remove all
capital letters.
Also, check that your links are correct. I can't tell
you if they are because I can't see how all your
