Midi Keyboard Advice

2004-07-08 Thread Reg Whitely
Dear WAMUGgers I'm looking at buying a midi/USB keyboard to use with Garageband at school, on an eMac or G4 iBook with plenty of RAM (~768). Any suggestions for a good quality beginner instrument? One I've looked at is the the Edirol PCR-30. Any advice for a total music mug is welcomed.

Reg, I have purchased the EDIROL PCR-80 which is the big brother of the PCR-30, and I'm really happy with it. The keys have a good feel, and the unit has a quality finish. Mind you, I've come nowhere near using its full capabilities. HTH John -- John Winters Phone +61 8 9367 9277 Fax +61 8
