Hi All,
Well, Apple AUS is on the move. In November it moves its operation to
Hilton Building in the centre of Sydney ... and there is re-
organisation / shack-up within. Check all the job opportunities, even
for a Technical Solutions Consultant in Perth.
Hi,

Hi All!
Anybody want to trade two 128Meg SDRAM sticks for one 256Meg stick? The
256meg stick I have doesn't work in my Beige G3, so I was wondering if
someone had two 128meg sticks they would like to trade with.

Rod!
What type of connection do you have Kevin? Dial up, cable, ADSL...?

Morning All,
I am in search of an ISP or hosting provider whom happens to be using
OS X server preferably. If not this extreme then maybe just a
streaming media server could suffice pending on compatibility with QT.
I have various mpeg4 and mov files some H264 encoded I am in the
process

At present I am placing the files onto my hosting providers Apache
clustered web servers which are not streaming media specific. So, I
am having some problems with consistent playback of media, whether
this is due to the server or QT is reasoning behind testing of media.

VLC does a pretty good job. If you already have VLC, right click on the file
and choose Open With then choose VLC.
If you don't have it you can grab it from here:-

Kevin,
With most ADSL modems you can log into the modem via telnet or using
a web interface. Your owners manual should give you the details (it
is slightly different for each modem). Once you have logged in, there
will be an option to disconnect after a certain period, or to remain
