Hi everyone. I am curious to know if my actions in regard to Westnet's spam filter is the same as everyone else. When I first employed the filter I religiously read the 'email' of spams they sent me but as my recall rate was virtually nil I now delete the email which shows the spam mail I

Hi Mac, I use Entourage which has its own spam filter - partially effective - and also have SpamSieve which is far more efficient and dumps it all in my Junk folder. BUT it makes mistakes and dumps ordinary mail there too. A lot of orders for my book get dumped! I am not sure what triggers it

I am not 100% sure of the SPAM filters currently used by Westnet however I am fairly sure that they are the same appliances that are used by iiNet. These devices barely even utilize baysian filters but use a global network of probes to monitor email traffic patterns and can block

I spoke to AppleCare first and they were the ones who told me to take the battery into NextByte to be sent off for testing. You were obviously lucky. I did, however, just recieve a call to say that the replacement battery is now in the store so I can pick it up whenever...much earlier
