Definitely a scam . I had one back on 17th November and sent it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] They eventually replied with a confirmation that it was a phishing email. It's just a pity they have not set up the same arrangement as ebay. If Ebay send you a message to your email address , they also

As others have said, it's a fake message trying to get your account details. If you have doubts about messages involving eBay or Paypal you can forward them to eBay's spoof alert at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and you'll get a confirmation back pretty quickly. Cheers, Paul.

From my understanding you pretty much have 3 options as far as the service is concerned. Telstra, Optus and IPStar, anything over and above those you move into commercial connections. I would have a look at Westnet which sell IPStar under the the Government Broadband Guarantee. It might also
